DEVILS GONE GOLD!!!

The 69 Eyes' new album DEVILS reached gold sales this week and the gold records were given to the band in the straight TV live special, MTV3+ Stage on Sunday. The 69 Eyes have got gold in Finland also from their three previous albums: "Blessed Be", "Paris Kills" and "Framed In Blood - The Very Blessed Of…".
The 69 Eyes have filmed a brand new music video for their first international single release LOST BOYS from the album DEVILS during the Christmas week both in Philadelphia and in Hollywood with the director and MTV star Bam Margera and his crew. THANK YOU EVERYBODY THERE in Philly and also The Rainbow Bar & Grill on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, all our Hollywood Vampire brothers and MadMan Apparel! The Eyes are currently still touring in Finland. Thank you everybody who came to the New Year's and the day after's Tavastia shows - awsome beginning for 2005! The 69 Eyes are also pleased to introduce their friends from Sweden GEMINI FIVE at Nosturi, Helsinki in 29.1.2005!
ASIA BENEFIT AT HARWALL ARENA, HELSINKI: HIM, THE RASMUS, APOCALYPTICA, NEGATIVE and THE 69 EYES in co-operation with Finnish Red Cross and UNICEF will do a benefit for Asia concert at Helsinki's 12 000 seater Hartwall Arena on Monday January 17th. The concert starts at 19.00 and tickets at 30 euros are on sale through Lippupalvelu. There is no age limit. Finland's YLEX national radio will broadcast the concert live starting at 19.00. YLE TV2 will do a 2-hour special of the event to be broadcast on Sunday, January 23 at 19.15 and repeated the following Monday on TV2.

Kaikki konsertin tuotto annetaan lyhentämättömänä Aasian tuhojen uhreille. Tapahtuman järjestää Suomen Punainen Risti yhteistyössä UNICEFin ja Kirkon Ulkomaanavun kanssa ja se on ikärajaton. Konsertti alkaa kello 19.00. Liput Areenalle maksavat 30 euroa ja niitä myy Lippupalvelu. TV2 esittää myöskin kaksituntisen koosteen konsertista sunnuntaina 23. tammikuuta kello 19.15 sekä uusinnan seuraavana päivänä. YleX lähettää konsertin suorana lähetyksenä 17.1. kello 19.00 alkaen.
The 69 Eyes on myös EMMA-ehdokkaana, sekä vuoden rock-albumista että vuoden yhtyeen arvonimestä. Hoida homma ja äänestä.
